Ink Pot Walk Cycle:

Well it took a while but the walk cycle is completely finished. This was a very tedious but rewarding task. I spent a long time trying to perfect this walk. Every small change that I made just made the cycle worse, therefore every change i made would have to be changed again on the next frame. I would be lying if i said that this process didn't annoy me. But like I said, I was very happy with the results. The next step is simply to convert the animation into a video, this is very easy to do in Procreate so it wont be a problem. However, when it comes to printing my frames on the riso printer i do not want my design to be black and white. Although these are his default colors i believe that i would be wasting the potential that the riso printer has to offer. At this point I just need to find a color pallet that would look good with my design. During my research i found multiple riso made art pieces that have stunning color pallets so i am going to relate back to my research to find the perfect two colors.

These three characters will resemble my fire team form the game destiny, Me and my two friends. The character below is my character and you can see that although it is pixel art, it shares no characteristics from the last design, they are all going to be completely different and i cannot wait to see how all three compare to each other once they are finished. As for my dragon, i was able to add a lot more detail to both the horns and face. I even added an additional two horns to bring the character more to life and give him a more interesting silhouette. As you can see the character also has antlers and wisps coming from his chin, this was heavily inspired from Haku the white dragon from the Studio Ghibli movie 'Spirited Away.' Although I te...
